The card packs are in their original, sealed packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is presented.

3. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To assist with processing your claim, we may request:

A clear photo of the damaged/defective product.
Proof of purchase. We will provide a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
